Additional record search, as necessary, of subsequent land uses that could have resulted in a hazardous <br />waste site. Use the attached map to show the location of potential hazardous waste sites. <br />6. Other comments and /or observations: A review of the California Department of Toxic Substances' <br />EnviroStor database revealed that the nearest site that utilizes hazardous waste and substances onsite is <br />the Orange Countv Register (located at 625 N. Grand Avenue). This site is located approximately 800 <br />feet south of the east end of the project site. <br />ISA Determination <br />Does the project have potential hazardous waste involvement? Yes If there is known or potential <br />hazardous waste involvement, is additional ISA work needed before task orders can be prepared for the <br />Investigation? Yes If "YES," explain; then give an estimate of additional tine required: <br />An Initial Site Assessment will be prepared for the proposed project.
