CITY OF SANTA ANA CONTRACT WARRANTY BOND (To be submitted upon project completion as a condition of project acceptance) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that as CONTRACTOR and a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State, and duly authorized to transact business under the laws of the State of California, as SURETY, are held and firmly bound unto the City of Santa Ana, as AGENCY, in the penal sum of Dollars ($ ), which is 10 percent of the final contract amount for the above stated project, for the payment of which sum, CONTRACTOR and SURETY agree to be bound, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
