AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH Al PARTY RENTAL <br />FOR PROVISION, INSTALLATION AND <br />REMOVAL OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT, dated as of November 18, 2014, by and between Al Party Rental <br />(hereinafter "Contractor ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter "City "). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement ( #N- 201.4 -198) ("said Agreement ") for Contractor to <br />provide, install, maintain, and remove equipment for a City - sponsored event. <br />B. The parties desire to amend said Agreement to add another event, increase compensation and <br />confirm extension of the Term thereof. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the <br />terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree to amend said Agreement as follows: <br />1. Section 1, Scope of Work, is hereby amended to include another event, the "Sunday <br />on Main Open Streets" (SOMOS) which took place on October 5, 2014. In order to provide <br />continuous service to the City, Contractor provided its services for such event, although the <br />parties were not able to bring this Amendment to council until after the event took place. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to include expenses associated with the <br />additional event in the amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and Six <br />Cents ($2,939.06) as set forth in the Invoice (Exhibit A), attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />Total compensation under said Agreement as amended shall not exceed Fifty One Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Seventy Dollars and Six Cents ($51,970.06). <br />3. Section 3, Term, was amended and extended by a writing executed by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney dated September 30, 2014, per the terms of said Agreement. <br />4. All other terms and conditions included in said Agreement shall remain unchanged <br />and have the same force and effect. <br />25B -3 <br />
