Either patty shall have the option at any time, without cause, of terminating this License <br />Agreement on One Hundred Eighty (180) days written notice. <br />Upon any termination, the Licensee shall pay to the City that portion of the compensation <br />specified in paragraph 3 hereof unpaid by Licensee prior to the effective date of termination. <br />23.
