APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING (MOU) FOR PUBLIC SAFETY REALIGNMENT AND <br />POSTRELEASE COMMUNITY SUPERVISION COST REIMBURSEMENT <br />{Strategic Plan No. 1, 3B) - Police Department <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2014 -282 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached one -year MOU, commencing July 1, <br />2014, with the County of Orange in an amount of $167,558.27, subject to <br />non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015 -081- Recognize $167,558.27 in <br />reimbursement funds from the County of Orange in revenue account and <br />appropriate same to expenditure account. <br />MOTION: <br />1. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015 -088 - Recognize Office of <br />Traffic Safety (OTS) Public Education on Bicycle Safety grant funds in an <br />amount of $150,000 in the OTS -PWA Traffic Safety Grants revenue account <br />and appropriate the same to the OTS- Bicycle Safety PWA expenditure <br />account. <br />2.
