Education and Outreach <br />5.1 Prepare an educatlonal brochure to be distributed at one (1) outreach event highlighting stormwater <br />quality, the impact of receiving waters, and the role of the Project and submit a copy of a brochure <br />to the Grant Manager. <br />5.2 Conduct a minimum of one (1) outreach event for the surrounding neighborhood.
