The City Council finds, based on advice from the <br />City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will prejudice the position of <br />the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br /> <br />1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL--EXISTING LITIGATION <br />pursuant to Paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government <br />Code: <br /> <br />Donald Sipple, et al., v. City of Alhambra, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case <br />No. BC462270. <br /> <br />Yolanda Pena vs City of Santa Ana; Case Nos. ADJ8099232 and ADJ8109301. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
