Award a contract to Paulus Engineering, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, for <br />the construction of the 17th Street Water Main Improvements, Bristol Street to <br />Broadway, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $1,593,540 and a <br />contingency of $239,301 for a total amount not to exceed $1,832,571. <br /> <br />2. Approve the Cost Analysis for a total estimated project delivery cost of <br />$2,071,602. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />25A.
