MOTION: Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-074- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC <br />INTEREST, CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA LOCATED AT 1601 N. BRISTOL STREET (APN 405-252-21) <br />MOTION: Benavides SECOND: Tinajero <br />VOTE: AYES: Amezcua, Benavides, Martinez, Pulido, Reyna, <br />Tinajero (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAIN: Sarmiento (1) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS <br />Pursuant to Santa Ana Charter Section 411, any member of the City Council may place items <br />on the City Council Agenda to be considered by the City Council. <br />85A.
