■ Reflected on safety precautions because knife found at the previous City <br />Council meeting; noted that all speakers have right to speak and address the <br />City Council; need to respect all. <br />Mayor Pulido: <br />■ Important for community to work with Police Department; <br />■ Encouraged all to attend the Day of the Dead event on Saturday, November <br />1st in Downtown Santa Ana. <br />■ Urged all to vote on November 4th — fundamental right of citizens. <br />Councilmember Martinez left the meeting at 11:16 pm. and did not return. <br />ADJOURNED- 11:19 P.M. - The next meeting of the City Council is scheduled for <br />Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. for the Closed Session <br />Meeting immediately followed by the Regular Open Business Meeting at <br />5:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br />Adjourn in Memory of <br />Vic Braden <br />ana D.
