12. Notices <br />Any notice served by one party to this Agreement on the other <br />pursuant to this Agreement may be effected by personal delivery in writing or <br />by deposit in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid. Entire Agreement <br />This instrument contains the entire Agreement between the parties <br />relating to the lease herein granted. Any representations or modifications <br />concerning this instrument shall be of no force and effect, except a <br />subsequent modification in writing, signed by the party to be charged. <br />9M <br />
