1. Corridor trip ends exceed 1.75 trip ends per gross acre of the TAZ. <br />2. Total corridor trip ends per TAZ exceed 2,000. <br />3. Trip end growth within each TAZ exceeds 455. <br />4. Perceived direct and indirect benefits to the transportation system. <br />Identifiable physical and planned features closely approximating the <br />pattern of corridor usage were used to describe the boundaries of the <br />benefit areas. <br />Within each area of benefit, some lands were judged to receive more <br />A <br />benefit than others from the construction of the corridors. Developments <br />which create relatively high demands for use of the corridors were placed <br />in a different fee zone within the area of benefit than other developments <br />with less direct use. The boundaries between the fee zones were <br />determined utilizing the TAZ data on Exhibits III and IV. Traffic <br />1„ <br />analysis- zones where the percentage of corridor trip ends equals or <br />exceeds 88 were defined as Zone A. Traffic analysis zones with less than <br />88 use were defined as Zone B. Zone A and B are depicted on Exhibit I. <br />VII. DESCRIPTION OF AREA OF SE14EFIT (AOB) <br />The AOB's for the San Joaquin Bills and the combined Foothill /Eastern <br />7 , <br />Corridors include both incorporated and unincorporated territory and <br />generally encompass the southeasterly half of Orange County as illustrated <br />- on Exhibit I. <br />A. SAN JOAQUIN HILLS TRMSpORTATION CORRIDOR <br />A more detailed map of the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor <br />AOB is shown on Exhibit V. This AOB contains approximately <br />122 square miles.
