In <br />accordance with Section 4.1 of the Corridor Agency Agreement, Rancho <br />Santa Margarita has enacted resolutions and ordinances adopting the Major <br />Thoroughfare and Bridge Fee program and establishing the Areas of <br />Benefit, estimated costs and required fees. <br />The City of Santa Ana is a member Agency of the Foothill /Eastern <br />Transportation Corridor Agency and unanimous consent of all Parties is <br />required for any changes to the agreement.
