The Supervisor of the Fourth <br />District, County of orange, has recently requested to become a member <br />of the Foothill /Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency because, with <br />the recent revision of Supervisorial District boundaries, portions of <br />the planned alignment of the Eastern Corridor are now in the Fourth <br />District. Section 11.1 of the Joint Powers Agreement provides that <br />the Agreement may be amended by the approval of not less than three - <br />fourths of the parties. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no direct fiscal impact on the City of Santa Ana with this <br />action. <br />Executive <br />Public <br />Works Agency <br />JR /JA /38am <br />C.S. 383 <br />W] <br />
