Joaquin Hills <br />Transportation Corridor Agency ". <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City of Laguna Woods was incorporated on March 24, 1999. <br />Subsequently, they have fulfilled the membership requirements for <br />inclusion in the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency. In <br />accordance with Section 9.1 of the Corridor Agency Agreement, Laguna Woods <br />has enacted resolutions and ordinances adopting the Major Thoroughfare and <br />Bridge Fee program and establishing the Areas of Benefit, estimated costs <br />and required fees. <br />The City of Santa Ana is a member Agency of the San Joaquin Hills <br />Transportation Corridor Agency and unanimous consent of all Parties is <br />required for any changes to the agreement. City Council approval is <br />requested to adopt a resolution approving Amendment No. 4 to the "First <br />Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Creating the San <br />Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency" authorizing the City of <br />Laguna Woods as a member agency. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />is no fiscal impact with this action. <br />ive <br />l.ic Works Agency <br />JA /San Joaquin /Debra Kurita -RFC <br />Page 53 <br />55.A. <br />
