Dedicate right- of-way to County. <br />2. Grade corridor right -cfway in accordance with schematic <br />plans approved on the tentative snap and rough grading plans approved <br />by the Director, IM. <br />3. Construct arterial overcrossings for internal arterials. <br />Width of overcrossing structure (i.e., number of travel lanes) is to <br />be determined based upon vehicular and pedestrian traffic generated <br />by the proposed project. <br />4. Construct corridor travel lanes and interchange ramps <br />required immediately for access to proposed development or system <br />continuity (closure of short gaps). Number of lanes required is to t <br />based upon traffic generated by proposed project. <br />5. Participate, among other designated beneficiaries, in any <br />established corridor development fee program. Costs incurred pursuar. <br />to Conditions 2 through 4 shall be creditable against fees. Costs <br />incurred pursuant to Condition 1 shall be creditable against fees to <br />the extent that the develop - =t fee program includes said right- of -wa. <br />cost. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that EMA is hereby directed to amend <br />appropriate seotiohs of the Subdivision and Zoning Codes to implement <br />this policy. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that EM is hereby directed to incorporate <br />In General Plan amendment elements, soning actions, area plans and <br />site plans recommendations appropriate for implementing this policy. <br />-38- <br />
