Councilmember Benavides nominated Michele Martinez, <br />Councilmember Amezcua nominated Sal Tinajero and <br />Councilmember Martinez nominated Vincent Sarmiento. <br />Councilmember Tinajero seconded nomination of Vincent Sarmiento.
