QUARTERLY REPORT OF CONTRACTS UNDER $25,000 ENTERED INTO <br />BY THE CITY MANAGER AS PERMITTED BY CHARTER SECTION 421 <br />{Strategic Plan No. 4, 11 - Finance & Management Services <br />MOTION: Receive and file the Quarterly Report of Contracts entered into <br />between July 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014 valued at $25,000 and less. <br />19H. AGMT NO. 2014-279 - INCLUSIONARY HOUSING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND 1901 E. FIRST STREET OWNER, LLC FOR <br />THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1901 E. FIRST STREET {Strategic Plan No. 5, <br />3B) - Community Development Agency <br />MOTION: Receive and file the Inclusionary Housing Agreement with 1901 <br />First Street Owner, LLC. <br />BUDGETARY MATTERS <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS <br />Mayor Pulido requested information and analysis of alternative fuel vehicles, <br />including cost per unit; information to be provided to Council and available to the <br />public via City's website. <br />Councilmember Benavides requested comparison of the various alternative fuel <br />technologies, including cost per unit and performance measures; concurred with <br />Mayor Pulido's request for information to the public. <br />Councilmember Reyna requested a cost/benefit analysis for using alternative <br />fuel vehicles and the infrastructure needs. <br />MOTION: Continue consideration of matter for 2 weeks to the December 2, <br />2014 City Council Meeting. <br />MOTION: Reyna SECOND: Martinez <br />VOTE: AYES: Amezcua, Benavides, Martinez, Pulido, Reyna, <br />Sarmiento (6) <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 14 NOVEMBER 18, 2014 <br />
