(3) If the Members of the Fitness and Wellness Group have obtained replacement coverage, or <br />have agreed' in writing, within GD days of the termination of the Master Po|icy, to obtain that <br />coverage. <br />(4) If the Master Policy is for a period of no more than 60 days and you are notified at the time of <br />issuance that htwill not berenewed, <br />(5)|f the Members of the Fitness and VVeUneaa Group request a change in the tonne or <br />conditions or risks covered by the Master Policy within GO days of the end of the policy <br />period. <br />($)]fwe have made a written offer to the Members of the Fitness and VVoUnemm Group in <br />accordance with the timeframes shown in Paragraph 3.e mbmwe, to renew the policy under <br />changed terms or conditions or at an increased premium naAa, when the increase exceeds <br />25% <br />c. The transfer ofa Master Policy between companies with the same insurance group or changes in <br />Deductible, premium, Limit of Insurance or coverage are not refusal to renew. <br />4.Nonrenewal ofthe Certificate of]insurance <br />a, If we elect not to renew this Certificate of Insurance, we will mail or deliver written notice stating the <br />reason for nonrenewal to the first Named Certificate Holder atthe mailing address shown in the <br />Certificate of Insurance and tmthe producer of reuord, if any, at least 60 daye, but not more than <br />120 deys, before the expiration date. <br />Ifmefail to provide timely written notice required bythe paragraph above, the coverage provided to <br />the first Named Certificate Holder shafl remain in effect with no change in its terms and conciftions, <br />for aperiod of8Odays. <br />b.
