Section 3. If the application for funding is approved, the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby agrees to use the Infill Infrastructure Grant Program funds for eligible activities in <br />the manner presented in the application as approved by HCD and in accordance with <br />program Guidelines cited above. <br />Section 4. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized and empowered <br />to execute in the name of the City of Santa Ana all necessary applications, contracts, <br />payment requests, agreements, amendments or any other grant related documents, <br />including the Standard Agreement, related and in furtherance of the application for the <br />purposes of securing grant funds and to carry out the purposes specified in the grant <br />application and agreement. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />Resolution No. 2014 -085 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
