<br />Rich Moore has over 30 years experience with a
<br />specialization within the parks and recreation, and public
<br />works area. He has extensive experience in all phases
<br />of grading, water quality, hydrology, hydraulics, water/
<br />sewer, bikeway and pedestrian trails, survey /mapping
<br />and streets for projects throughout Southern California.
<br />His wide range of technical expertise and private /public
<br />work history provides valuable experience in managing
<br />all types of projects from streetscapes, to master planned
<br />parks, to aquatics centers, to small trail projects through
<br />environmentally sensitive areas, to park retrofit projects.
