Liberty <br />Inte�rnatitn 2d <br />Healthcare Professional Liability Underwriters. <br />Subject to the foregoing, the total amounts payable under this extension shall not exceed $75,000 for all <br />persons who sustain Bodily Injury. <br />III. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF OTHERS <br />The Company will pay, in addition to the applicable Limit of Liability, rip to $500 for all Damage to the <br />property of others that is caused by the Insured during the Policy Period. The Company will not pay for <br />damage to the property of others if such damage arises out of.- <br />A. <br />f <br />A. any act or omission with regard to any premises, other than your residence premises, which is owned, <br />rented or controlled by an Insured; or <br />B. the Insured's ownership, use, care, or entrustment to others of an Automobile, Mobile <br />Eq ipment, watercraft or aircraft. <br />Within sixty (60) days from the date of loss, the Insured must submit a sworn statement of such loss to the <br />Company. The Insured must also exhibit the damaged property if such property is in the Insured's <br />possession and/or control. <br />IV. EXCLUSIONS DELETED <br />Solely as respects the COVERAGES afforded by this COVERAGE PART, Exclusions 3, 4, 5,14,15 and 16 <br />do not apply. <br />V. EXCLUSIONS ADDED <br />Solely as respects the COVERAGES afforded by this COVERAGE PART, this insurance does not apply: <br />A. to Claims brought by, or on behalf of any: <br />1. Insured; <br />2. regular resident of premises owned by or rented to the Named Insured; or <br />3. spouse, child, parent, or other relative of the Named Insured; <br />B. to Claims brought against the Insured arising out of, in whole or part, the conduct of any trade, <br />business, employment, profession or occupation; <br />C. to Bodily Injury and Personal Injury to any employee of the Insured while engaged in the business, <br />other than the domestic employment, of the Insured or to any obligation for which the Insured may <br />be held liable under any workers' compensation law or in respect to an Occurrence arising from the <br />use, including loading and unloading, of an Automobile, recreational motor vehicle, tractor or trailer <br />owned or operated by or on behalf of the Insured, arising from the use, including loading and <br />unloading, of any aircraft or watercraft of any nature, or caused by any person employed by the <br />Insured while engaged in the maintenance or use of such Automobile, tractor, trailer, aircraft or <br />watercraft. A recreational motor vehicle means a golf cart or snowmobile or any other land motor <br />vehicle designed for recreational use off public roads whether or not subject to motor vehicle <br />registration; but this exclusion does not apply to golf carts while used for golfing purpose. <br />ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE POLICY REMAIN UNCHANGED. <br />HCPL-2151 (Ed. 11/09) <br />
