EXCUSED ABSENCES <br />MOTION: Excuse the absence of Chairman Alderete. <br />* * * END OF CONSENT CALENDAR * * * <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS): <br />Commissioner Bacerra referenced the disclosure made at the prior meeting <br />regarding conversation with Peter Zehnder on the adaptive reuse ordinance. He also <br />disclosed that he spoke with Michael Cho regarding agenda item no. 3 (CUP14 -33, <br />34,42). <br />Commissioners Bauer and Nalle both disclosed that their children attended Mater <br />Dei High School and requested clarification if that fact constituted a conflict of <br />interest. <br />Vice Chair Mill referenced the previous disclosure that he had contact with a <br />Copper Door employee. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. MODIFICATIONS TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2000 -10 <br />(Applicant: Mac Kamberian /AT &T Corp.) <br />Item previously continued from September 8, 2014 to September 22, 2014 by a 7:0 <br />vote. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on October 14, 2014 and <br />notices mailed October 16, 2014. <br />A project overview was provided by Ann Ni, <br />Associate Planner. Vice - Chairman Mill opened the public hearing. The applicant <br />spoke in support of the project.
