BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS): <br />1. <br />2. <br />Commissioner Bacerra disclosed that on November 10, he spoke via telephone <br />with applicant (agenda item no. 1). <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 2014-33,2014-34,2014-35, AND 2014 -42 <br />(Applicant: Alvin Oh /Copper Door.) <br />Item previously continued from the October 27, 2014 meeting by a vote of 6:0 <br />(Alderete absent). <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 13, 2014 and <br />notices mailed November 14, 2014. <br />A project overview was provided by Hally Soboleske, <br />Associate Planner. Vice - Chairman Mill opened the public hearing. The applicant <br />spoke in support of the project. There were no other speakers and the hearing was <br />closed. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -33 to <br />allow a Type 47 ABC license. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -34 to <br />allow afterhours operations until 2:00 a.m. as conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -35 to <br />allow a banquet use as conditioned. <br />4.
