BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING AGENDIZED <br />PROJECTS): <br />Commissioner Mill disclosed that he spoke with Ms. Andrews of the John Henry <br />Foundation (agenda item no. 6) at an event on December 4 and received an email <br />invitation, which he did not respond to. <br />Commissioner Bacerra disclosed that he met with Ms. Mindy Andrews and toured <br />the project site (agenda item no. 6) on November 20. <br />Chairman Alderete disclosed that he received an email invitation on December 2 <br />from Ms. Andrew to tour the John Henry Foundation site (agenda item no. 6), which <br />he responded on December 8 that he was unable to tour the facility. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2014 -09 <br />(Applicant: Sprint PCS) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 25, 2014 and <br />notices mailed November 26, 2014. <br />A project overview was provided by Ali Pezeshkpour, <br />Assistant Planner I. Chairman Alderete recused himself at 5:39 p.m. from agenda <br />item no. 1 due to conflict of interest and handed over the dais to Vice Chairman Mill. <br />Vice Chair Mill opened the public hearing. There were no speakers and the hearing <br />was closed.
