PUBLIC HEARING - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 2014 -33, 2014 -34, 2014 -35, <br />and 2014 -42 <br />(Hally Soboleske) <br />Alvin Oh, representing Copper Door Bar, Inc., dba "The Copper Door", is requesting <br />conditional use permits to allow a Type 47 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license, <br />afterhours operations, a banquet use, and indoor commercial recreation at 225 " /2 North <br />Broadway in the Specific Development (SD84) zoning district. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 13, 2014 and <br />notices mailed November 14, 2014. <br />Item continued from the October 27, 2094 meeting by a vote of 6:0 (Alderete absent). <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2414 -33 to <br />allow a Type 47 ABC license. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -34 to <br />allow afterhours operations until 2:00 a.m. as conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2014 -35 to <br />allow a banquet use. <br />4.
