EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORT{ <br />Memories of Migration Partners <br />New Mexico Highlands University (Consultant) will hire and train two AmeriConps <br />Cultural Technology Interns, as well as a group of Teen Community Historians. Using the Santa <br />Ana Public Library developed jumpkit, Consultant will conduct a series of community memory <br />workshops throughout New Mexico, as well as facilitating numerous event tie -ins with <br />institutions across the state. Consultant will add the products from these events to the Memories <br />of Migration project website. Consultant will utilize an Exhibition Design class to create a <br />traveling exhibition to be used at these events. Consultant will provide reports and evaluations <br />as required by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) grant. For these <br />deliverables, New Mexico Highlands University will receive $40,631.00. Funds will be <br />expended for salaries for the AmeriCotps Interns and Teen Historians, and to also purchase <br />equipment required to collect and archive community memory information. Consultant will <br />provide $41,091.00 in cost sharing as required by the budget approved by IMLS. <br />12 <br />25A -26 <br />
