HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Alitzel Velasco, spoke in opposition to propose bonus for City Manager; City in need <br />of social programs. <br />• Omar De La Riva, opposed to proposed bonus; suggested another year before <br />matter considered; also concerned with intimidation of security and use of wands at <br />City Council meeting. <br />• Marco Zeferino, concerned with proposed bonus, opined that City services would <br />benefit from funds. <br />• Marcos Rodriguez, no bonus for City Manager, City has low income residents; <br />community in need of safe bike lanes. <br />• Madeleine Spencer, commented on efforts by previous Interim City Manager that <br />allowed community to have additional funds for parks and recreation; opined that <br />bonus not merited after a year; expense accountability has not been shared with <br />community. <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA 1 DECEMBER 16, 2014 <br />1 0A -1 <br />
