Agreements valued at greater <br />than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the <br />City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report (Exhibit 1) to the <br />Housing Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include <br />the names of contractors and the amounts of each contract. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 - Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />M <br />
