The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of September 11, 2014, there were 1,072 individuals/families on the waiting list. The waiting list <br />last opened on October 1, 2007 and closed on November 30, 2007. Charts I and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. 1.
