2. Water/Wastewater Rate Study (Strategic Plan No. 2, 1 h) — (PWA) <br />City Manager David Cavazos thanked councilmembers for all their work and push <br />for study. City's goal is to bring financial stability, provide reliable water and sewer <br />service, and to maintain sustainable level of service. <br />Fred Mousasvipour, Executive Director of PWA and Ann Bui of Black & Veatch <br />provided PowerPoint presentation of Water and Sewer Rate Studies with discussion <br />on history and process required to move forward and meet goals.
