The City Manager recommends an increase to the Tuition Reimbursement <br />Program to provide the highest amount that is available to other <br />represented employees. <br />G. The City Manager recommends establishing and delineating a Retirement <br />Health Savings Account for unrepresented Executive Management (EM) <br />employees and contributing to said account the highest amount that is <br />available to other represented management employees. <br />H. The City Manager recommends establishing and delineating a 401(a) <br />Retirement Savings Account for unrepresented Executive Management <br />(EM) employees to participate in, at his or her sole discretion. <br />It is now desired to rescind Council Resolution No. 91 -066 and reestablish <br />and affect the aforementioned changes. <br />Section 2: Unrepresented Executive Management (EM) Basic Compensation and <br />Benefit Plan. The City Council hereby reestablishes the unrepresented Executive <br />Management (EM) Basic Compensation and Benefit Plan effective January 1, 2015, to <br />read as follows: <br />Unrepresented Executive Management (EM) Basic Compensation and Benefit Plan <br />Effective January 1, 2015. <br />Section 1. Executive Management (EM) Classifications and Compensation Plan. <br />A. Unrepresented Executive Management (EM) Employee Classifications <br />Assistant City Manager (EM) <br />Deputy City Manager (EM) <br />Police Chief (EM) <br />Executive Director of Community Development (EM) <br />Executive Director of Finance and Management Services (EM) <br />Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (EM) <br />Executive Director of Personnel Services (EM) <br />Executive Director of Planning and Building Safety (EM) <br />Executive Director of Public Works (EM) <br />Special Assistant to the City Manager (EM) <br />B. Schedule of Salaries. A schedule of salaries showing salary rate ranges for <br />classifications of employment designated as unrepresented Executive Management <br />(EM), is attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein.
