Councilmember Martinez inquired as to how staff handles maintenance <br />requests. Parks Recreation and Community Services Executive Director <br />Mouet noted that all requests prioritized and funded through deferred <br />maintenance account. <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2015 -009 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with ABM, <br />increasing the compensation by $15,054.88, which includes a 5% <br />contingency, to an amount not -to- exceed $153,390.88, terminating <br />on May 31, 2015, subject to non - substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />2.
