Selection <br />must be authorized by resolution. <br />• Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) <br />Board member appointed by the City Selection Committee which was established through <br />Government Code § 50270, <br />■ Transportation System Improvement Authorities - Orange & Tustin (TSIA) <br />A board member and alternate are appointed by the majority of the City Council for each of <br />the two (2) Authorities. <br />■ Southern California Association of Governments (SLAG) District #16 <br />A board member and alternate is appointed by the majority of the City Council.
