AGMT NO. 2015-001 - Maria Luisa Orendain v. City of Santa Ana, <br />Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2013-00692046; <br />Settlement Agreement in the amount of $22,500 (4-0 vote, <br />Sarmiento, Tinajero and Martinez absent). <br />2. AGMT NO. 2015-002 - Carlos Ibarra v. City of Santa Ana, Orange <br />County Superior Court Case # 30-2013-00663031-CU-PO-CJC; <br />Settlement Agreement in the amount of $75,000 (5-0 vote, <br />Sarmiento and Tinajero absent). <br />• LIABILITY CLAIMS pursuant to section 54956.95 of the Government <br />Code: - Claimant: County of Orange; Unanimously rejected claim. <br />19B. DESTRUCTION OF OBSOLETE CITY RECORDS {STRATEGIC PLAN <br />NO. 5, 1} - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Approve the requests for the destruction of obsolete <br />records from various City departments in accordance with the <br />retention schedule outlined in City Council Resolution 2013-014. <br />The Citywide Records Retention Schedule has specific retention <br />periods for many City documents. The Schedule is modeled after the <br />California Secretary of State's sample for local government and <br />incorporates other statutory periods applicable to Santa Ana. These <br />are minimum retention periods. Each department makes <br />discretionary decisions on whether to retain records past the <br />minimum requirements. <br />19D.
