ELEMENTS OF TRAINING <br />HOURS OF TRAINING <br />Objective 1 <br />Will be trained to make outbound calls <br />350 <br />• Learn to make outbound calls and manage track leads while using <br />proper phone etiquette. <br />• Learn to interview prospective clients to obtain data about their <br />financial resources and needs, the physical condition for the person or <br />business to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage. <br />• Learn features of various policies to be able to promote sale of <br />insurance plans. <br />• Follow-up with any inbound leads that come from marketing efforts, <br />including internet or referrals from outside sales force. <br />• Successfully schedule a minimum of 24 sales appointments per week. <br />Objective 2 <br />200 <br />Will be trained to support the agency by developing exceptional customer <br />service. Develop client relationship through a courteous and prompt <br />customer interaction. <br />• Practical knowledge and development of insurance industry, including <br />language, practices, forms etc. <br />• Familiarize with different types of policies. <br />• Interview clients to obtain pertinent data about financial resources and <br />needs, physical condition of persons/property to be insured, discuss <br />existing policies. <br />Objective 3 <br />218 <br />Will be trained effectively to work in an professional office setting <br />• Faxing, filing and e-mail messages <br />• Proofreading correspondence <br />• Faxing and scanning documents <br />• General office machine maintenance, changing ink etc. <br />• Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for: records, invoices. <br />RATING LEVELS: <br />Measurement method: how will it be determined if OJT participant acquired the skill? <br />-Q&A, observation, product review/inspection, etc. <br />PROFICIENT MODERATE MARGINAL <br />II.
