BIOGRAPHY - Caleb Everett <br />Caleb Everett is Chief Executive Officer of Career College of California, based in <br />Santa Ana with a mission of empowering students to begin promising through <br />high quality job and life- skills training and intensive placement assistance Under <br />Caleb's leadership since 2010 Career College of California has helped over 300 <br />students begin promising careers in the healthcare, legal and business fields. <br />Prior to Career College of California, Caleb worked in the private equity industry, <br />investing in private companies and working with them to develop and implement <br />growth strategies and operational improvements. He was a Managing Director of <br />Friedman. Fleischer & Lowe in San Francisco from 1999 to 2005 and prior to that <br />an Analyst in the Corporate Principal department for the Blackstone Group in <br />New York. Caleb began his career with Morgan Stanley in the Mergers and <br />Acquisitions department in 1995. <br />Caleb received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, magna cum laude, from the <br />Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received an Associate of <br />Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Northern Virginia <br />Community College in Annandale, Virginia. <br />Caleb currently serves on the board of directors Rising Sun EnergV Center, a <br />non - profit national leader in curriculum, training and workforce development in <br />the energy efficiency sector headquartered in Berkeley, California. He also <br />serves on the board of directors of Halstrom Academy, a private high school with <br />multiple campuses in Southern California based on a one student to one teacher <br />instructional delivery model. <br />Caleb has previously served as a director of the California Association of Private <br />Postsecondary Schools, Milestone AV Technologies., a leading provider of <br />audio - vlsual mounting solutions, Steelpoint Technologies, a software and <br />solutions company focused on the litigation support market, and Volume <br />Services America, a contract food service provider to stadiums, arenas and <br />convention centers. <br />13A -11 <br />
