c. City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />services covering District 3, compensation in the amount of $882,208.80, which <br />includes a 10% contingency for unanticipated work needed, for the term of February <br />1, 2015 through January 31, 2016. <br />d. City agrees to pay, and Contractor agrees to accept as total payment for its <br />services covering District 4, compensation in the amount of $861,612.44, which <br />includes a 10 %contingency for unanticipated work needed, for the term of February <br />1, 2015 through January 31, 2016, <br />e. Contractor agrees that it shall pay state prevailing wages to its employees <br />performing landscape maintenance services to the City hereunder due to the passage <br />of Senate Bill 7. <br />3. Section 4, TERM, shall be amended to include the following pertaining to District 3 <br />and District 4 landscape maintenance services: <br />"The Term of this Agreement with regard to Districts 3 and 4, shall begin on <br />February 1, 2015, and terminate on January 31, 2016, finless terminated earlier in <br />accordance with Section 13, below." <br />4.
