EXHIBIT A -1 <br />Landscape West Scope of Services Deviations <br />Contractor will provide all services as indicated in the Scope of Services with two <br />exceptions: <br />1. Weeds. Contractor agreed to complete eradication of weeds in priority /sport turf four <br />(4) times per year. The months shall be determined by the City's Senior Park Supervisor. <br />2, Irrigation repairs. City will provide irrigation head parts and Landscape West will <br />provide an irrigation staff employee to install them. <br />25A -7 <br />
