2013. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT ACCEPTING FY14 HOMELAND <br />SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS AND RELATED AGREEMENTS <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 2&6} - Police Department <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2015-020 - Authorize the City Manager and the Chief of <br />Police to enter into a sub -recipient agreement with the City of <br />Anaheim for reimbursement of funds expended for the purchase <br />of equipment, services, training and exercises authorized under <br />the FY 2014 Urban Areas Security Initiative in an amount not to <br />exceed $1,856,258, subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney. The sub -recipient <br />performance period is January 14, 2015 to March 31, 2016. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-127- Recognizing the FY <br />2014 Urban Areas Security Initiative in the amount of $1,856,258 in <br />revenue account and appropriate same in the FY 2014 Urban Areas <br />Security Initiative Program Grant expenditure accounts. <br />SPECIFICATIONS — PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES <br />22A.
