collectives /dispensaries, and to ensure compliance of legally operating, <br />permitted medical marijuana collectives /cooperatives through ongoing <br />enforcement and monitoring, in accordance with Ordinance No. NS -2864. <br />G. In order to monitor revenues and ensure contract compliance in relation to <br />the Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Enforcement Plan, the Executive <br />Director of Finance and Management Services proposes creating the full - <br />time classification title of Revenue and Contract Compliance Examiner <br />(see Exhibit E) in the Position Classification and Pay Plan. <br />H. In keeping with the Medical Marijuana Dispensaries Enforcement Plan and <br />operational standards outlined in Ordinance No. NS -2864, the City <br />Manager proposes adding ten (10) full -time positions in the current Fiscal <br />Year 2014 -2015 Budget. <br />It is now desired to rescind Council Resolution No. 2015 -005, amend and <br />reestablish the Basic Classification and Compensation Plan for all Full - <br />Time and Part -Time Classifications of Employment, excepting Executive <br />Management, and amend the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2014 -2015, <br />as amended, in order to effect these changes. <br />Section 2: That Ordinance No. NS -2867, the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year <br />2014 -2015, as amended, shall be further amended by: <br />A. Adding one (1) full -time position in the City Attorney's Office, at the <br />monthly seventeen -step salary rate range as indicated: <br />Classification Title 17 -Step Salary Rate Range Effective 2/17/15 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Assistant City Attorney (MM) MM -22 $8303 - $12324 <br />B. Adding one (1) full -time position in Finance and Management Services, at <br />the monthly seven -step salary rate range as indicated: <br />Classification Title <br />7 -Step Salary Rate Range Effective 2/17/15 <br />SRR Monthly Salary <br />Minimum - Maximum <br />Revenue and Contract Compliance <br />Examiner 662 $5278 - $7073 <br />C.
