(Requires five affirmative votes) <br /> <br /> APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-138 - recognizing $4,813,000 in Active <br />Transportation Program grant funds into the Transportation System Management <br />revenue account and appropriating the same to the Active Transportation Program <br />expenditure account, and rescinding the $248,886 appropriation of Bicycle Corridor <br />Improvement Program grant funds in the Select Street Account <br /> <br />2.
