<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO OBTAIN 2014 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT <br />PERFORMANCE GRANT FUNDS THROUGH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br /> <br />2.Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br /> <br />2015-140 <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. - recognizing $51,017 in <br />Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) funds in revenue account, and <br />appropriating same to expenditure accounts (various). <br /> <br /> <br />3.Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a one-year <br />agreement with the County of Orange, commencing July 1, 2014, for the EMPG Grant <br />in an amount not to exceed $51,017, subject to non-substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />55B. Benavides). <br /> <br /> <br />Appoint Roman Reyna as City’s representative to the OC Water District (replaces <br />V.
