WITH SAME MEMBERS PRESENT. <br />COMMENTS <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• George Garcia, representative of Republic Homes Neighborhood Association, <br />suggest that all bicyclist registered; bring back release time. <br />• Ebruahim Duel, concerned with homeless vandalizing his building located on 4th <br />street. <br />• Madeleine Spencer, suggested recycling water alternatives; highlighted report by the <br />State of California on expenses, and property and sales taxes. <br />• Michael Klubnikin, presented report on County of Orange social service programs. <br />• Ilya Tseglin, concerned with County of Orange's Public Defender level of service. <br />• Thomas Gordon, concerned that SB7 stipulates that Bill does not apply to existing <br />contracts. <br />o Councilmember Martinez, request memo to the City Council on SB7 as it <br />pertains to the graffiti contract and Thomas Gordon's comments about <br />whether or not prevailing wage is required. <br />90A. CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />• Noted success of Santa Ana Love Project. <br />• City releasing the Shop Local, Shop Santa Ana video promoting Santa <br />Ana. <br />90B.
