SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS <br />Applications must contain the following documents to be considered for funding: <br />1. Application Cover Sheet (use attached) <br />2. Checklist (use attached) <br />3. Narrative for proposed use of funds and supplemental questions: <br />o Please describe any additional City of Santa Ana resources required for your project <br />(permits, public space, licenses etc.). <br />o Is this a new or existing program/project? <br />o How will your project enrich the Santa Ana arts and culture community? <br />Please do not exceed 2 pages for the narrative and supplemental questions. Please follow <br />these formatting guidelines: Double spaced, 12 point Times New Roman, inch margins. <br />4. Portfolio (see guidelines) <br />5. Project Timeline (sample attached) <br />6. Line Item Budget (use attached) <br />7. One signed Letter of Support from an academic reference or reference from within the <br />creative arts.
