9. Virtual Counselor (VC): If in future VCN Partner agrees to join its counselor(s) as <br />VC in the VCN, VCN Partner and HOC agree to the following: <br />a) VCN Partner will be providing the following for VC: <br />1. VCNPartner Identifies VC <br />VCN Partner will identify and provide the names of its counselor(s) <br />to HOC who will join the VCN as VC. <br />2. Provide counseling <br />services through VCN <br />VCN Partner will provide its counseling services for which its <br />counselor(s) are qualified to provide to clients referred through the <br />VCN on mutually agreed upon days and times. <br />3. VCNPartner Provided <br />Hardware and Software <br />VCN Partner agrees to make available the following for the VCN <br />Partner's VC: <br />• Hardware <br />o Desktop/Laptop <br />o Keyboard <br />o Mouse <br />o Webeam (either party may provide) <br />o Telephone (existing line) <br />o High -Speed Internet minimum DSL speed <br />• Software <br />o Adobe Acrobat/Reader (Free software download) <br />o MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) <br />VCN Partner can use existing computer workstations or desktops that <br />are currently used by the designated counselor(s) who will join VCN <br />as VC. VCN Partner will ensure that all of the abovementioned <br />hardware and software are made available at the computer <br />workstations or desktops that used by the designated counselor(s). <br />VCN Partner will provide power to the various hardware located at <br />the VEC. <br />4. Use HOC Provided VCN Partner will do its best to ensure that the materials and <br />Materials Primarily for information provided by HOC is primarily used for VCN purposes in <br />VCNPurposes order to ensure VCN system and data integrity. <br />S. List VCNPartner VCN Partner will provide its logo to be listed as partners on the VCN. <br />6. VCNPartner Point Person VCN Partner will designate one (1) or more person(s) from VCN <br />.for VCN partner as the point person with whom VCN Support Staff, on an as <br />required basis, work with them to ensure all VC are trained prior to <br />joining the VCN, VCN software are connected properly to the VC <br />computer, and assist them to troubleshoot other VCN operational <br />issues. <br />
