The Term is hereby extended from December 1, 2014 . upon expenditure of <br />previously allocated funds (whichever is later), for an additional six (6) month period, terminating on the <br />later of June 30, 2015, or the expenditure of newly allocated funds. Pursuant to such amendment, <br />Section 4 — "Compensation" is amended to increase total compensation by $1,700,000.00 to pay for <br />additional services during this extended Term. Said total compensation shall be allocated among all <br />Consultants selected by the City for these services, at the City's sole discretion. <br />The insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be extended and /or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
