Mount, proposed alternatives to homeless shelter, allow homeless to earn <br />housing, etc. goal is allow for productive members of our community. <br />• Genevieve Huizar, spoke of need for accountability in the police gang unit. <br />• Peter Katz, reported that KNX radio station will be broadcasting their show live at <br />Westfield Mall; showcasing Santa Ana. <br />• Caroline Torres, member of Chicanos Unidos, supports family of victim; spoke <br />against metal detectors in the Council Chamber. <br />• Michael Klubnikin, spoke of general corruption in County of Orange; request <br />answers from the Police Department. <br />• Gaby Hernandez, member of Chicanos Unidos, spoke in support of victim's family, <br />need for accountability and independent review. <br />• Naui Huitzilopochtli, thanked the family of victim for attending meeting; need for <br />justice and community programs. <br />• I.
