Nothing in this Agreement is intended to constitute <br />legal or tax advice from Great -West to Plan Sponsor or any <br />other person or entity. <br />XVIII. FORCE MAJEURE <br />Neither of the parties hereto shall be liable to the other <br />for any and all losses, damages, costs, charges, counsel <br />fees, payments, expenses or liability due to delay or <br />interruption in performing its obligations hereunder and <br />without the fault or negligence of such party, due to causes <br />or conditions beyond its control, including, without <br />limitation, labor disputes, riots, ware and war -like <br />operations including acts of terrorism, epidemics, <br />explosions, sabotage, acts of God, failure of power, fire or <br />other casualty, natural disasters or disruptions in orderly <br />trading on any relevant exchange or market, including <br />disruptions due to extraordinary market volume that result <br />in substantial delay in receipt of correct data. <br />XIX. SIGNATURES <br />By signing this Agreement, in duplicate, the parties <br />certify that they have read and understood it, that they <br />agree to be bound by its terms, and that they have the <br />authority to sign it.
