MOTION: Authorize the Public Works Agency to release a Request for <br />Proposals for Street Tree Maintenance Services for parkway and street <br />median trees. <br />BUDGETARY MATTERS <br />PROJECTS /CHANGE ORDERS <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. Award a contract to California Professional Engineering, Inc., the <br />lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with the bid in the amount of <br />$684,671 for the construction of a traffic signal at Raiff Street and <br />Adams Street; a Class II bike lane on First Street from Newhope Street <br />to Harbor Boulevard; and a Class II bike lane on Newhope Street from <br />Westminster Avenue to Fifth Street. <br />3.
